Roommate neededd

Description

I need a roommate to help me meet the gap in the monthly bills. The room is the master so it’s fairly large, has a bath and walk in closet and is unfurnished. The rest of the house, of the garage and yard are all common areas except for my room. House contains all of the necessary appliances including W/D, Range, DW, and refrigerator. Large living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath. I need a minimum of $ a month to meet the bills at this time but it’s possible that could go down a bit, depending on how long you stay. I’m not trying to make money so don’t need a security deposit or move in fee, or credit check, just a reliable, honest roommate with integrity and respect for themself and others The room will be available around the first of next month.
