Looking for a clean, respectful, and considerate male roommate (preferably years old) to sign a lease with me and one other person starting November 1. The apartment is located at rd Avenue and nd Street in Ditmars, Astoria—a great, quiet, and convenient area!


🏠 Rent: $/month + utilities
Security deposit: $ month’s rent + $ for the landlord)
It’s a -bathroom apartment with a spacious, furnished living room and kitchen, plus a balcony with a griller!
Lease Option: There is an option to renew after the first year.

Please note, no payments will be made until after an in-person viewing and confirming that you will be signing the lease.

- It is unfurnished but it comes with a full-size bed, AC, and a big closet.

Utilities (Con-ed & Wi-Fi) usually range from $ per month per person.

About me: I’m a -year-old full-time personal trainer and I’m usually out of the house the entire day. When I’m home, I usually just watch TV or play video games in my room. I’m laid-back and -friendly (limited to the balcony), and I like to keep the place clean and organized. Looking for roommates with a similar vibe!

- Clean and considerate of shared spaces
- Non-smoker (aside from on the balcony)
- No pets
- Reliable with rent and bills
