Looking for two guys to fill 2 rooms in a three bedroom townhome in Roxborough Park! The master bedroom is available for $/month and a secondary bedroom is available for $/month. Utilities not included in that price, that would be split three ways between us. The master bedroom has a sweet master bathroom with a tile shower and a walk in closet. The secondary bedroom has plenty of space to fit a queen size bed and a desk and dresser.

My current roommate is moving out and taking most of the furniture, so the pictures do a good job showing the space that’s available if you want to bring furniture along! There is a refrigerator and washer and dryer included with the house, the house has air conditioning, and is pretty much brand spanking new in general so it’s nice! There is a garage for someone to park in and to use for storage, so it’s a very friendly place to live if you have extra stuff and don’t want to pay for a storage unit!
