Hello, urgently looking for someone to take over my lease at apartments on Collwood Blvd (just off Montezuma) for WOMEN ONLY!! There are 6 roomate’s total in the apartment and 4 rooms. You would get the single with your own personal bathroom.

Move in date November 1st, please contact me or comment ASAP with inquiries. All applicants will need to apply to rent through the if interested. Females only please! I’m more than happy to help through the leasing application process :)) as long as you make 3x the amount for rent or your guarantor makes 4x the rent you will be accepted OR want to pay 2 mnths rent early. There is a shared apartment balcony, but this room also has a private balcony only access to you. Rent is $ and ALL UTILITIES are included.

The apartment comes fully furnished with a bedframe/mattress, desk, drawers, couch, in unit washer/dryer
and a TV in the living room. The complex also comes with some nice amenities: hr gym, pool, club/game room, and a ton of spaces to study as well as a free printer with color. It's less than a 5 minute drive from SDSU and free daily shuttle pm
to SDSU.
