Looking for a female roommate to live in a newly renovated house.

Bedroom with spacious private bathroom and living room attached 5 mins outside of NE DC and in walking distance from metro. There is a private driveway and street parking available. The room is available for $ a month plus utilities.

Preferably no pets as we already have a dog.
