Roommate to share Fremont St Apt

Hi. My name is Bill. I just signed a lease for a bath apartment at Fremont St in San Francisco, CA. San Francisco isn't cheap; I'm looking for a roommate to help split the cost of the apartment and utilities.

Apartment. The lease is 1-year. Your half of the lease would be $ month with half of the utilities (a slight discount since I have an ensuite bath and a couple of inches larger room). The apartment measures sqft and is on the 4th floor overlooking Fremont. The bedroom measures " with your own exclusive use hallway bathroom. The apartment is in a great upscale area called South Beach / Rincon Hill, which has restaurants and sporting venues nearby.

About me. I'm a chill, single, straight guy in my mid-s. I work in Tech (rarely remote) and will be commuting to San Carlos for work. I have two under lbs well-behaved dogs, Molly, a Frenchie, and Doug, a Jack Russell Pug mix. I plan to keep my dogs in my room while I'm away or at dog daycare if I'm not broke after this move. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, exploring with my dogs, learning new tech, and playing retro video games. I'm clean, a bit of an introvert, but friendly.

You. Ideally, you are not a loud partier with frequent guests, and you don't mind dogs. It would be awesome if you were in tech as well. No criminal record. Clean, you tidy up after yourself, etc. Responsible and pays bills on time. All the standard adult stuff. Ideally, a roommate who doesn't mind exchanging occasional favors, i.e. I have a car and would be happy to assist you with errands. I could use an occasional dog sitter, etc.
