Room for rent. Available now- Amazing room in a clean home with a sweet dog named Bam Bam. Located on the north side of Denver, right off I- minute drive from LoHi, downtown, Rino and Cap. Hill. One roommate, male in early s, works as an artist and in service industry.

The bedroom is full of natural light, quiet, has a built in closet, and private entrance. You will have your own bath room.

Fenced in large backyard, large wood deck with/ fire pit, renovated interior, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, central heat and AC, trash and recycling pickup included. The house is owned by a couple we know so they’re very responsive to maintenance needs which aren’t common!

The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and respectful. We’ve loved to cook, play music, and have friends over occasionally.
