I am an individual homeowner looking for one roommate for my second bedroom. Ideal candidate would be a young professional that picks up after themselves and keeps a tidy space, as well as someone who values communication, timeliness and follow through on commitments.
The home is two blocks from Stewart Heights park that boasts large grass fields, every sport you could think of (soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, pickleball, etc.), a skate park, a water park with a slide and lazy river, walking trails, etc.
I have two dogs (lab and border collie) and a cat
I work full time as well as full time flight training as a commercial rated pilot, in my limited free-time I enjoy the outdoors, cooking, country swing dancing, hiking and working out. I very rarely drink and do not smoke or do drugs.
