Hi, I’m looking for a roommate in my bath in the Inner Sunset neighborhood to rent out one of the bedrooms for $ a month. I started a month lease in June and am looking for someone to join the lease to rent along with me until June or for at least months.

Details of the Room & Apartment
Master Bedroom with an enclosed full bathroom. The room is ft and has lots of natural light in the afternoon and evening. There is a closet with shelving and also 2 shared closets in the halfway. The room includes an enclosed full bathroom. We’ll share the kitchen/living and also access to the backyard. I hope we can partner to make the living room and shared space more homey. The building has 5 units with a small shared backyard. Laundry is on the corner down the street.

Details on Me
I’m a mid s Midwestern who works in tech, loves the outdoors, and has two medium size dogs (G&T) that are 3 years old. I work days a week downtown and spend my weekends outside. I’m a clean homebody who also appreciates socializing and sharing meals with friends at the apartment. I just moved back to SF for a new job earlier this year and am looking for a roommate who’s responsible and also heart centered.

Neighborhood
The cross streets for the apartment are Funston and Irving St. Just two blocks from Golden Gate Park and the N Muni train, the apartment is in central Inner Sunset. Amazing food, quick access to the city or highways and Ocean Beach is only 8 minutes away, this is a great place to live. The Inner Sunset neighborhood is known for its strong sense of community, consistently foggy weather, some of the best Asian restaurants in San Francisco, and centrally located inside of SF to be able to get out of town.
