Hi! I own this place, and I'm trying to spend more time with my partner on the east coast and my family on IRB. Brett would be your roomie. He's super chill (see more in profile).

I just redid the place this summer (see pics). Our pool is awesome, and it's a quiet/safe community...been here almost two decades. HOA (which I pay) covers your water and trash and repairs and security and stuff. You're only on the hook for electric (cheap...typical bill is like number of fingers on your hands times number of days in a week, since we can't post flippin' numbers of any sort here, apparently) and internet. We have a soccer field and new pickleball courts, and basketball, and tennis.

Oh, also, pretty much all the furniture, and really anything else you see in the pics, is yours if you want it. If you have your own stuff, I'll donate it or throw it in a wood chipper or make a boat out of it or something.

Renters have to have a minimum (number of months in a year)-month lease, criminal check, and no pets. These are HOA requirements...I couldn't care less really, unless you're a violent felon or crack dealer or something.
