- 5 min walk to Brown Line, min walk to Red Line
- Kitty corner from grocery store
- min walk to lakefront
- 5 min walk to Wrigley (but far enough away no noise issues)
- Right near Southport Street - food/shopping galore!
- Friendly neighborhood, mix of young adults and families (and dogs!)
