This is a bathroom apartment and one room is available.

Has a spacious and inviting living space, an open kitchen, and a balcony.

Available for complete 3 months starting from mid oct to mid Jan (Dates are flexible)

Semi furnished and well-appointed kitchen.

The rental price is $ plus utilities plus parking.

One-month additional deposit which will be returned at the time of vacating the flat.

Any damage or untidiness caused to the property would be deducted from the deposit.

SOME KEY POINTS THAT ARE MUST:

- We kindly request that you prioritize cleanliness in this apartment to ensure a pleasant living environment for everyone.
Again, Cleanliness is a MUST in this apartment.

- Being a working professional male in second room, we kindly ask that you respect each other's personal space by refraining from making loud phone calls or playing loud music.

-Guests are more than welcome to visit; but not on a daily basis.

-While we enjoy occasional gatherings, please note that our apartment is not meant for weekly parties. However, we would be delighted to join you for a get-together once in a while.

-Please be aware that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

-Convenient amenities surround our location, including a bus stop right below the building, a tram station within a 5-minute walk, as well as gyms, supermarkets, and various fast-food chains within a km radius.

-The washer and dryer facilities are common in the building.

-Unfortunately, we have a no-pet policy in the apartment.
