Private room for rent!!

Hey Guys, i’m looking to sublease my apartments for the month of October!! I’m moving out because i decided to move in with some friends. My rent is currently $ a month and the month of October would be paid for in full. The only cost you would have to pay would a $ fee too take over the lease!! The apartment is called lighthouse off of college road with a 5 minute walk to campus and minute drive from downtown. I currently have one other roomate who is very clean, organized, and well rounded!! She is in the dental hygiene program at cape fear. This apartment is 3 bedroom but i only have one roomate!!
