I am seeking a roommate to share my BA mobile home with that sets on acers. The renter will have access to a large covered back porch that accommodates a grill, smoker, projector, projector screen with Fire stick TV, Hammocks, lounge area, and Hot tube. There is a dedicated office with an available workstation for you to use as well. Perfect for a work from home situation! The furnished space will include private Bedroom and bathroom, with a Queen bed, nightstand and chest of drawers. The bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house, and are separated by a full kitchen, living room and hallway. The room would rent for $ per month and that would include all utilities and amenities.
A little bit about me, I commute and work in Asheville. I am a -yr old and an LGBTQ male, I have 4 dogs Max & Fifi (standard poodles) and Bella & Pip (Yorkies) they do like attention and are all hypoallergenic. I am pet friendly home and would allow at least 1 small dog. I am allergic to cats, so unfortunately no cats sorry. I am very neat and organized, I spend a lot of time outdoors in the yard. I enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, and just relaxing on the deck. This is a Smoke & drug free household. I am a social drinker and enjoy time with family and friends doing cookouts on occasion.
I am looking for a roommate that is kind, neat, clean and organized. Drug and Smoke free, and willing to help keep the common areas clean. Male or Female is fine and must be LGBTQ friendly. I would like to start with a three-month month to month and if it goes well, I would be willing to discuss something more long term.
