The new roommate ( you) will have the full bedroom, while the current roommate lives in the kitchen area with a small bed ( he work hard so he’s outside the house most of the time - he is super clean and organized and calm - you can’t feel his presence). Everything is very clean and organized, so it doesn’t feel crowded or messy. Rent is $/month, available starting November 1st, with a $ deposit ( we can negotiate the deposits amount if you like the room). Good credit score required to add to the lease. Ideal for someone who values a neat and cozy space!
