Partially Furnished Room Lakewood

Looking for a roommate to stay in spare bedroom in my home in Lakewood. Partially furnished with bed, nightstand and lamp. We can share a bathroom on the second floor or have your own bathroom in the basement. The house is located in a great area that’s easy to get to things in Lakewood. Common areas include living room, dining room, kitchen, finished basement (family room), front porch, amazing back yard, and meditation room. There is shared laundry in the basement. I also have a driveway that you can use as well and plenty of street parking I’m fairly easy going and keep my house fairly neat and organized and I ask the same. I currently work full time and also just started a masters program so I’m fairly busy. I usually work from home on Mondays and Wednesday. I’m also a musician so I’ll be practicing singing/piano as well I welcome pets but prefer to keep the number to 1. I’ll take care of all yard work necessary. Monthly cost will be a flat rate.
