Looking for 2 roommates for Oct :)

looking for two roommates (hopefully eventually friends!) for two unfurnished spacious bedrooms starting in October! The address is th avenue W and in a prime location! minutes to get to UBC. I’m a PhD student and also work at UBC! I have an old Labrador retriever and very sweet cat! Unfortunately I can’t accept other pets 😢. I’ve lived with a lot of roommates and overall have had good experiences! The place will be unfurnished and I will furnish it once I’m there, but if you have any furniture to contribute, the more the better! 😊. I’m willing to give a discount for animal lovers willing to help with my pets sometimes! Utilities between $
