Room at Auraria Student Lofts

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Auraria Student Lofts for the spring semester (so starting January or December). I signed the lease while the rent was discounted so it's $ a month until the lease ends in July. It would be a large style bedroom within a bathroom unit. The apartment is fully furnished and the room comes with a bedframe, mattress, under-bed storage, desk, and dresser. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances. The building has a gym, pool, study spaces, and outdoor deck for residents to use at no extra cost.
