LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOMIE!

Hello! I'm Alana! My boyfriend and I are living in the downstairs master bedroom of our beautiful home the Silverado Ranch area. We have 2 upstairs bedrooms available and ready to welcome a new roomie! Rent is $/month total.

The rent includes all utilities, recently upgraded security, internet, and inside parking (one car), as well as access to a full kitchen, furnished family room, and furnished dining area. Included upstairs are 2 bedrooms (one is furnished), a private bathroom with tub/shower, two large closets, and access to a washer and dryer.

I work as a dedicated school social worker and therapist, while my partner spends his days innovating in his budding enterprise. He also uses our third upstairs bedroom as an office space, which doubles as a cozy room for his daughter during her school breaks.

We also just welcomed a new, furry family into our lives—a cute puppy! Her name is Luci! My leisure activities embrace enjoying movie nights, indulging in all kinds of music, exploring all musicals, game nights, and hanging out with friends. Can't wait to share our inviting and warm house with a prospective roomie!
