Relocating from CA need temp room

Description

Forty-one year old female, relocating from California for a job in Erlanger, KY. I’m looking for a room to rent for anywhere between a month to several months. My start date could be as soon as the th, but I can stay in a hotel for a night if it won’t be ready until the first of the month. The duration I stay is dependent on my house selling in California and finding an apartment where I can move my teenage son with me. He won’t be there with me at all, as he’ll be staying in California until I find
a place for us after the house sells. Also, I’ll be at work, in my room and/or sleeping most of the time. I’m off on weekends. I’m respectful, clean and enjoy watching tv/gaming in my spare time. I can keep to myself or socialize with you if you’d like. Either way is fine with me. Bonus points if the room is furnished and you want to show me around town. I’ve never lived or been to the area. I would love a little guidance on where to go and all the cool things to do/see. I don’t mind if you like to have some fun from time to time, but I need to be able to sleep well during the week. Also, I would like a lock with a key on the door. If you don’t have one already, I want to be able to put one on there. The lock is a must. Otherwise, I’m pretty laid back and go with the flow. I’m an animal lover, so if you have them I am totally okay with that.
