My daughter is off to school and with rent so high we decided to rent the room .We are husband and wife with a furbaby dog who will never be near your room and always with me .My husband works all day, and I work from home .The room is at the other end of our apartment slash house .You also have your own entrance one flight of stairs
We share the whichbis always very very clean and kitchen which is always very very clean .internet and all bills are included as well as laundry . We are very private couple and it's a tiny living room we are looking for somone who wants just to rent the room looking for a mature person who works full-time.or school full-time. ITS A QUIET home well unless the raptors are playing then the neighbours complain
I can not have anyone who cooks spicy food or seafood as it makes me very sick due to allergys
.I have an oven top but no stove .so we use an airfryer oven top and mini oven to bake .We have a back yard which we share with upstairs and downstairs .they have children, so no one is really back there. House is always clean .at all times
My dog and cat always stay with me, which is at the front of the house, and they are both cleaner than most humans .I cannot replys to because I cannot pay the fee so feel free to .with details of yourself
