Room for rent, females only

Room available in my bath home for $/month, utilities are included in that price.
We are located in South Tampa, 5 minutes outside the base and minutes from downtown, SOHO, and the airport. There is a Walmart, Publix, and target all within 5 minutes of the house as well as many food options! The neighborhood is nice and quiet.
My boyfriend and I occupy the master bedroom. And another female occupies one of the other rooms. We pretty much keep to ourselves and are usually pretty busy. We are chill, nice, mature, clean and easy to get along with!
We are looking for females who are clean, easy going, and mature.

The bathroom you would be using would be shared with the individual occupying the other room and you would have your own private bedroom. The common area has a fully furnished living room, dining area, and kitchen with all appliances. We have an at home gym with everything needed for a complete workout in the back yard lanai and a fenced yard. Washer and dryer included in the house. Parking space would be in the drive way or on the street in front of the house!
A little about me:
I’m a year old female and I nanny full time while working on growing my real estate business. I have dog who are all super friendly and quiet. I am a very clean person and would expect the same from anyone who will be renting a room. I’m a big home body but I do like to go to the beach, I like reading, I work out daily, always up for trying new places, have recently got into golfing, and definitely always up for a wine night with games or tv/movie binging!
