We would like to welcome a long term single occupant(no couples; no pets) to sign the for BR/3B modern townhouse in mid city (). Room is priced cheaply, one roommate has a dynamic disability and has mobility issues and heavy lifting limitations so we would like the person moving in to be community oriented and be able to pitch in with Jack to help out with certain heavy chores like taking out the garbage, helping carry Costco groceries up the stairs and occasional heavy cleaning duties.

Clean stove, wipe down counters, put dirty dishes away and sweep kitchen after done cooking
Delegation of household chores and frequency will be discussed
Accountable person and mindful towards everyone’s needs
Communicative about their needs and preferences
Mindful of noise levels after pm
Both roommates are morning folx
Adds to vibe of the current sense of community
Roommate meetings once a month to address any grievances
