It's a perfect location for easy access to both downtown and the mountains. The room is bright and clean, featuring a huge walk-in closet, private balcony, and private bathroom. The room is already furnished with a queen bed, frame, dresser, and desk, but you can replace the furniture if you prefer.

The apartment is very clean, and the complex offers an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and gym for your use. I have a large breed dog, so you'd need to be comfortable with pets, though no other dogs are allowed. Friendly cats or small pets are okay. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, central heat/air, and a dishwasher. There are open parking spots around the complex, but please limit it to one vehicle. The apartment is on the second floor.
