This posting is solely for SINGLE-OCCUPANCY rental of a private bedroom & either a shared or private bathroom on the top/loft level of a new 4-story townhome. [PLS NOTE: The remainder of the loft is currently being used as a private workspace (which will remain off-limits).

Communal space for all tenants/roommates (eg kitchen, living, & dining) are located on the SECOND floor, with an in-house laundry unit located on the THIRD FLOOR.

Currently, the townhome is being occupied by three female roommates (fourth roommate can be male or female).
