Looking for a Roommate ASAP

Description

The apartment is $ a month including all utilities in DuPont Circle. The apartment has in- laundry, central heating, and air conditioning, and is close to Downtown, the DuPont Metro, and Several Grocery Stores. The apartment is technically 1 Bedroom but is designed for two people to live comfortably. I have already purchased most basics for the apartment, such as a couch, microwave, table and chairs, and a shower curtain. The apartment comes unfurnished, but I have a spare nightstand that can be used.

I am (M) a Texas A & M graduate student in Washington DC, studying National Security and Intelligence. I like to spend my time reading, running, and exploring the museums of Washington DC. I try to keep my place clean and organized and would like to live with someone who keeps their place clean. I would also like to live with another student or other young professional.
