Room in bath condo in Juanita available September I’m a progressive, quiet woman (Gen X) looking to share with a woman who’s respectful, responsible, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

The unit has a fireplace, balcony, and washer/dryer, and the complex has a pool and rec room. Utilities aren’t included and your share would run about $/mo. The room currently has a queen size bed and small dresser, but those can be moved out if you don’t need them. We’re a short walk from Juanita Beach Park and Lake Washington.

I have the master bedroom and bathroom, so the main bathroom will be all yours.
