A few rooms for rent near Towson

Hello folks! I'm pretty laid back and am looking for housemates for my house in Winston Govans (near Charles Village, Towson, and Roland Park). Utilities are separate. Move-in is any time after September 7.
There are currently two housemates on the 3rd floor. There are two smaller rooms on the second floor that are vacant and share a bathroom ($). They can be rented by one person as a bedroom and office or by two separate people. There is also a vacant room on the first floor that has a private bathroom ($). The shared laundry room is on the 3rd floor.

Security deposit is one month's rent and a 6-month minimum stay is preferred. The house is quite spacious overall.
