ROWLAND HEIGHTS ROOM for Rent

My girlfriend and I are renting out one of our bedrooms in our "ROWLAND HEIGHTS" home. The room will fit a queen size bed. We all share a bathroom 🚻....
The neighborhood is safe and quiet, too. My girlfriend and I are respectful and also very understanding too. The rent is $ for single occupancy and $ for double occupancy. Pets are an additional fee of $. The rent includes utilities, cable, WiFi, pool and kitchen & laundry prillivages. We are very close to the fwy and Fullerton Rd. We have dogs that only come in at night time to sleep in their cages. We hope you aren't allergic to them.
