Looking for a new tenant to take over the master bedroom in a charming -square-foot Victorian home in Capitol Hill. The house includes 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, a spacious fenced-in yard, stained-glass windows, updated electricity and appliances, a garage, and a storage room. You would be total tenants occupying the house.

The SQ FT master suite features bay windows, a private bathroom, and an optional separate entrance (through the garage). The bedroom is in a secluded area of the house and is the only bedroom on the first floor.

Common Areas:
Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, entryway, half bath, garage, driveway, and fenced-in yard.

Painting:
Room can be painted whatever color you like.

Furniture:
Room is unfurnished. Common areas are furnished but there’s plenty of space for more. The existing furniture is fairly nice/expensive, so if you’re super accident-prone and tend to damage things often, this might not be a great fit… lol.

Pets:
Small pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Need to have an existing track record of getting along with cats as one is already living there. Pet Deposit required.

Cleaning:
We use a chore list to divide tasks. It’s not a strict regimen, it just serves as a general guide to ensure that no one feels like they’re doing significantly more than anyone else.
