Room for Rent, in newer Coffee Park home! 6 month term, converting to month to month. The house itself is a three bedroom Baths. The room for rent has its own heating/ac unit inside the room itself so will heat and cool within seconds. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate, separate sinks, pics show the layout.

Move-in Requirements: Friendly and Considerate. Non Smoker Preferred, no drama, not a party home. One person only. Deposit - $. No pets please.

Utilities are NOT included in the rent, but our house being newer the bills aren't very high in general. Typically $ split three ways, winter times maybe hitting $ split three ways.
