My friend and I are two female first responders looking to rent to a third female in a community style apartment with the occasional shared meal and shared activities. We are looking for someone who is drug-free, including marijuana someone with no criminal history someone not interested in partying in the house, we are seeking someone quiet and clean who enjoys a peaceful retreat to come home to bonus points if you enjoy DND let’s meet up for coffee and see if we’re a good fit if we are and we want to rent to you you must be able to pass the application process for the apartment complex. It’s a $ application fee and you must provide your own renters insurance For your space that the apartment requires additionally the first month would be prorated and there is a refundable $ security deposit. This rent includes all utilities and must be paid no later than the first of every month.
