The room has a Fourty-Inch TV with Roku, a spacious closet, and plenty of space to make it your own. You’ll love the convenience of having a shared bathroom right next door, plus a kitchenette downstairs for those midnight snacks, along with a washer and dryer. There’s even a little living area to unwind in. The location is awesome, too—just a hop, skip, and a jump from King Soopers, RTD, and all your favorite fast food spots like Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's. We’ve got parking covered, and while smoking is allowed, we keep it outside to keep things fresh.

You'll be joining a welcoming household that’s all about good vibes! My husband, our two older professional roommates, and I are super friendly and easygoing.
