You can fit a king size bed, cabinet and probably a desk quite comfortably. Much bigger in person.

Utilities and the Internet are included along with one dedicated parking spot. Also has AC and central heating.

I do not party. Looking for someone who is focused on career, personal growth, development, etc.

Leslieville is great with grocery stores in walking distance including Bars, shops, TTC, and Gyms.

We will have a roommate agreement. You can lease it from months or we can do month to month. Up to you.
