Hello! I have one room available in a spacious Redwood City duplex for move-in anytime between September 1 and September .

The room has hardwood floors and beautiful wood paneling. There is a bathroom between the two rooms, which could be shared with only one roommate.

The house includes a huge kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room (that also has tons of storage space), two on- parking spots, and is pet-friendly. (There is currently one cat in the house)

The living room is unfurnished so this is a great option for someone who wants to decorate with their own furniture.

The neighborhood is also very safe, with quick access to the , and El Camino Real. We are very close walking distance to Red Morton Park and the shopping center at Roosevelt Plaza.
