Roommate Wanted: Rent is $/month, including rent, utilities, HOA, and internet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (top floor) of the building. The room available is ft with a 9½ft ceiling and a ½ft walk-in closet. You'll have your own private full bathroom across from your room. The unit features an in-unit washer and dryer. The living room has two large couches and a TV. There's a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, air fryer, pots and pans, and utensils. There is a balcony accessible through the living room and a large porch by the front door, which is gated. If you have a dog, they can spend time out there. Brandon will be your roommate, he is years old and mostly keeps to himself. When he's not at work, he spends most of my time playing video games and watching TV. We are looking for a calm, quiet individual who doesn't have many guests over. Well-behaved pets are welcome. If you have dogs, there's an area at the bottom of the stairs for them to use with pet waste bags provided. If you're interested, please reach out for more details!
