I am looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible.
Monthly rent includes water, parking, and trash services. The apartment already comes with a stove, oven, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, and an in-unit washing and drying machine. Electricity and internet are an extra ~ninety $ / mo. The building features a rooftop pool and gym, lounge, and free visitor parking.
The living room is currently unfurnished. If you have a couch for the living room that you would like to bring please feel free! If not, I would buy a couch completely on my own dime. I already have a large, flat-screen TV for the living room as well.
