Seeking a 4th roommate ,female preferred. This is a 2 story house with twenty-four hundred sq ft. Large backyard with pool. bathrooms. 2 living rooms and a small loft area upstairs. You will be sharing a bathroom. We already have two dogs so we cannot have any additional pets . Plus if you’re a dog lover! They’re very friendly. Parking is available on the street. You will be sharing a house with 2 girls and 1 guy (me, my brother, & best friend) FYI my brother is gay so no need to worry. We are looking for someone mature. We don’t want anyone’s significant other constantly over and turning this into a 5 person household so please take that into consideration if you are in a relationship. Will have to be okay with my family coming over . I have 6 siblings who come over a couple times a month to hang out. We’re all very chill people and looking for someone similar . We aren’t very messy but totally understand if you leave a couple dishes in the sink . Deposit due upon move in . Rent(utilities/wifi/water included) due 1st of every month.
