Bedroom in Raintree Apartments

I’m looking for a clean roommate to share the apartment with. I have two cats so the person that comes in needs to be respectful. The purpose of renting together is to make it affordable, however, it would be great to have someone that is clean and tries to keep things organized. The apartment is located in Raintree Apartments, which offers pools, laundry service, a small gym and tennis courts. The rent does not include utilities, these will be electricity, water, trash, sewer, wifi and I think thats it. We would split them .
