Hello! I am looking for someone to take my lease 9 month lease after Septembre th and before October th ( I am moving out with a friend)
The room is located in Arvada. It is very close to lot of groceries stores, shopping, bus stops, and Apex sport.

- The bedroom is unfurnished.
- Private bathroom
- It has a small refrigerator.
- A lot of space and a nice closet ( ' )
-Nice natural light from a big window.

-The house has a big basement and backyard.
-People that live there are very nice and sweet, one of them have a cat and there is a new roommate that has a corgi dog.
- Roommates have different hobbies, like : soccer, volleyball, martial arts, videogames. They also like to drink some beer in the backyard.
