Guest are welcome during day hours but must let property manager or landlord know in advance no overnight guests

Can use the kitchen
After use of dishes must clean an put away no dishes should be left in sink after use
If cooking do not leave food unattended/ leave food out or else food will be thrown
Fridge in house is $ fee to use for convenience
Secondary fridge in garage is available with no fee
Can use backyard if kept clean
No extra storage must fit everything in your room
Weekly communal cleaning by tenants/roommates
Leasing agreement month to month after that is 6 months leasing agreement
No time limit to how late you come home just make sure you are quiet
If any noise complaints etc. need to be made you would message property manager or landlord
