Please have info on your profile. This is a calm, quiet, and peaceful environment. Not a party house. No drugs. I like to have fun, although here lately is mostly work. You only pay rent nothing else. Forty-three inch smart-Tv mounted on the wall. All utilities included. Very high speed fiber-optic internet. Four bedroom home, two full bathroom. Application and background check required. You will share the bathroom with only one person, Elizabeth. I am available to face-time the home if you wish. Off street parking, free. We have 2 refrigerators. Quality washing machine and dryer for laundry. Of course, you have access to kitchen, laundry, pool etc. The room can be available within a few days of us coming to an agreement.
