Canton house roomie wanted

Hi! I'm Charlotte and I work as a Sales Engineer in Novi. I've been living here for around 3 years and am looking for someone to take over my lease within late September/early October.

The place is homely and spacious, in a safe neighborhood, and a good halfway point for those that visit Detroit and Ann Arbor often. Utilities for internet, electricity, and water are separate. The shared spaces are all furnished and kitchen/laundry/cleaning appliances are provided.

I will be moving out soon to live with my partner but will still come around sometimes since I'm local and am good friends with the other roomie who will still be renting. I'm laid back, flexible, into horror movies and reality tv, video games, and EDM festivals.

We maintain a judgement-free openminded household. I am ideally looking for someone that is respectful, responsible, adequately clean, understanding of weekend social activities at the house, and is open to friendship, not just someone that lives in the same space. We also have 2 small dogs fyi.
