The room available is ft with a closet, and shares a bathroom. The bathroom has dual sink and cabinets. Rent is at most $/month after utilities which includes really high speed internet

The common spaces are fully furnished, as we’ve lived here for over a year but are flexible if you have extra furniture, we have two cats, Not against having more- but unfortunately no dogs.

I’m a full time Engineer and work from home occasionally, my girlfriend is in nursing school, and her cousin will be starting her first degree
