The utilities are included in the rent price. The amenities available to you here are: Refrigerator, dishwasher, food disposal, gas oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, central AC system (heating and cooling),
washer and dryer (located in garage). Other benefits for you: Wireless internet currently provided on my behalf (you can use it or get your own, whatever you prefer), designated parking lane in the driveway that should fit 2 vehicles, a small section in the garage to store any of your bulk belongings.

Things to Know: Tenants share a bathroom which means between you and the other tenant, there are outdoor security cameras and one watching the main entry for security purposes, the backyard is not mentioned because it belongs to my dog who stays outside.

Personal Note: I am the homeowner/ resident landlord so I care a lot about the cleanliness and positive energy in the house. I’m all about principles and respect. We’re trying to build a fun and comfortable environment here. If you like to stay to yourself that’s fine too. Although, we’d be landlord, tenants, or roommates. I’d like for us all to feel as if we’re all friends instead.
