Large room for rent in the summerlin/ south west area of Las Vegas, NV. The room is very large and has two closets. The common areas are shared amongst everyone in the house. $ a month for the large room or $ a month for a standard room. A refundable deposit of $ is required for move in. If the room is left in good condition and a day notice is given before move out the deposit will be % refundable. The house is pretty quiet all day every day, no parties, and a non smoker house hold.
