Beautiful newly built house with garage, gated front, and backyard, washer/dryer, "2" fridges, walk-in pantry.
I have two dogs and the other couple here has two cats that primarily stay in their room. Not currently looking to add on anymore pets or children.
laid-back group usually grilling or having a game night on weekends. We have a foundation on respect and 2x value an open communication.
I run a background check prior to moving in and require a refundable security deposit the same value set as $rent$ (it won't let me include numbers).
