Beautiful historic property located 4 blocks from downtown Fort Lauderdale and the New river. All the best venues in town are within walking distance, property has large backyard with outdoor kitchen, tiki hut, BBQ, & pool.
This property is two stories & has a total of bedrooms.
Each bedroom has TV, Wifi, either a queen or king size bed, closet, nightstands, desk, linens, towels, etc. The shared common areas include the dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, backyard, and laundry. Everyone cleans up after themselves in the common areas and I have a cleaner come once a week as well.
There is one full bathroom upstairs and one downstairs that have recently been fully updated.
Weekend pool parties, BBQ's, & dinner parties or game nights are common, being a shared/common living space keeping a good dynamic in the house is important so all roommates enjoy the space and each others company.
On laundry & parking available.
Regarding pets: Will consider small hypoallergenic dogs only due to roommate allergies. Sorry no cats or large animals
