Roommate for Townhouse

Hi! My name is Nicole. I’m a firefighter, love everything outdoors and working out! I’ve been getting into pickleball, golf and love CrossFit. I’m looking for a roommate for either of the two rooms listed. It can stay furnished or I can take the furniture out and have it unfurnished for you
. The other will remain a guest room. I’ve got my own bathroom so the hallway bathroom listed would be yours. There’s also a half bath downstairs.

I’m looking for a roommate
that I could be friends with ideally. I’m good at keeping to myself but love people as well. I’m willing to write a flexible lease term if you’re looking for a shorter term than a year. I live right across the cubs stadium, by the freeways so it’s an easy commute in any direction. The complex has a pool and hot tub. My social is niknakpattynotwhack if my expires here. I’m not in a hurry to find a roommate, I care most about finding a good roommate I would get along well with(:
