Furnished Condo until Feb +

Description

Looking for an über responsible, honest, tidy, professional non-smoker to stay in my condo on the border of Scottsdale and Arcadia. The condo is bright, spacious, fully furnished (you can use the towels, appliances, food in the cabinets, etc), and the AC/ducts/vents were serviced in June. There’s a heated pool and hot tub as well as a small gym. The laundry is near the pool. Most residents are older and snowbirds, so they only live there part-time. Rent plus
your half of wifi and utilities. The other roomie works at Mayo Clinic. She’s , sporty, biracial, and has a calm, clean ESA named Trip. Drug and smoke free. Please no cats due to an allergy. Background check and recent paystubs needed
